Our HPC Team.
The High Performance Competition (HPC) team is comprised of Numa's elite Judo players. Each member attends a minimum of 4 days of judo training a week including: standard classes and competitive training class, they are strong team players and uphold the principles of Judo on an off of the tatami (Judo mats). These Judoka continually challenge themselves and their team mates as they train to represent the Numa family at Provincial, Intra-Provincial, and International competitions. The requirements at each age level are listed at the bottom of the page as well as the competition schedule.

Our incredible athletes also fund the majority of the travel expense themselves. Several fundraising events happen throughout the year to help cover some costs. Many of the athletes have sponsorships and we greatly appreciate all those that support Numa athletes.
